Collection of personal data when using the skills

When activating the skill, the information necessary to use the skill is transferred to Amazon, that is, the user name, the email address and the client number of your account, the activation time, the payment information and the identifier of the individual device. We have no influence on such data collection and we are not responsible for it. We process the data only to the extent that activation of the skill on the device requires it.
When you use a skill, we collect the following personal information that is technically necessary to provide the functionality, stability and security of our skills:
Date and time of the request
Area in which it is located (Europe, North America or Asia)
Content of the request
Access status / HTTP status code
The volume of data transmitted
Type of device designation used
Language and regional settings of the device
Your Amazon ID.
In order to have the associated "wake on lan" devices (to control them on the platform), an anonymous device (token) ID is stored in our servers along with their associated configuration. If requested, we eliminate these types of data in which the control service, however, will stop working.
The legal basis of the collection and processing of these categories of data is the art. 6 for 1 lit. b GDPR.

Your rights

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data collected and / or stored with us. You can request:
Access to your personal data. Rectification or deletion of your erroneous personal data and restriction of processing. You can object to the processing and be entitled to the portability of the data. In addition, you can file a complaint about the processing of your personal data with a supervisory authority.
